Moshe Daniel, aka Dr. Moshe, has also experienced the neuromuscular disease that affects nearly one million people and until recently killed a third of them - myasthenia gravis. It has killed some of the most famous people in the world, Aristotle Onassis and Sir Laurence Olivier among them. It's called myasthenia gravis, meaning "great muscle weakness disease" and it slowly robs people of all muscle strength. The disease has hardly slowed him down, however. He has competed in international athletic competitions in karate, played hockey, soccer, traveled around the world, teaches, continues to play ultimate Frisbee at a very competitive level, and treats patients from all over the world suffering from this very illness (myasthenia gravis). "The disease has been one of my greatest teachers. It has taught me how I was not living in harmony with myself and the world. It has shown me, beyond a doubt, that the mind and body are connected, and when the body is sick, it is reflecting something that is out of balance or harmony in the mind. This is the process that I now help heal people with myasthenia gravis in my practice."
The process I've worked through with the illness has also taught me the steps to healing that I share in my book "The Revolution of Naturopathic Medicine," "Holistic Counseling - Introducing the Vis Dialogue" and my other work. I also feel I became sick so I could understand and help people everywhere suffering from this disease, myasthenia gravis, which to conventional medicine is idiopathic, progressive, incurable, and potentially fatal. Not a pretty picture. I offer the patients I work with hope, and where it has been possible, a cure of myasthenia gravis.
A graduate with Great Distinction from McGill University in Anatomy, Dr. Moshe went on to get his naturopathic medical degree, studying for four years at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. He then continued his studies in homeopathy with renowned homeopathic teacher Louis Klein, and graduated as a homeopathic master clinician, HMC. Combining knowledge from Kabbalah, alchemy, traditional Western and Eastern medicine, homeopathy, counseling, psychotherapy, nutrition, science, and hands on healing work, Dr. Moshe uses his unique healing gift and knowledge to help people lead happier, healthier lives and specializes in the treatment of myasthenia gravis. He has also published three books - Book 1 of The Last Four Books of Moses on Kabbalah and healing, The Revolution of Naturopathic Medicine on the philosophy of medicine and healing, and "Holistic Counseling - Introducing the Vis Dialogue" on mind-body holistic psychology. He offers workshops, classes, and lectures in Holistic Counseling.
